Job Title: Civil Engineering Operative
Civil engineering operatives are responsible for undertaking various tasks in the civil engineering space, including:
* Trench work and laying of ducts.
* Backfill and reinstatement of excavations.
* Utility main laying operations.
About this role:
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the civil engineering sector. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Key requirements:
* A current and valid CPCS card is mandatory.
* Any additional qualifications such as street works, abrasive wheels, or manual handling certifications would be advantageous.
* Fitness for work is desirable but not essential.
