 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled ICT specialist to join our team and provide technical support to Queensland Health sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, installing, monitoring, and managing ICT environments with high-level technical expertise.
The successful applicant will investigate incidents thoroughly, provide remedial action, and ensure Service Levels are maintained. They will develop and maintain procedures for technical domains and work collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
Key responsibilities include applying eHealth incident management processes, supervising staff to deliver high-quality ICT support, and meeting enterprise service levels. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple tasks, developing good working relationships, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated technical expertise in managing ICT environments and delivering high-quality ICT support. You will also require proven experience in identifying and resolving ICT-related problems and prioritizing tasks effectively.
