Base Salary: $65,000 - $100,000
Commission: OTE $250,000

About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on results and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Full-Time Sales Representative – Health Insurance to join our high-energy team in Docklands, Melbourne. Once you've mastered the role, enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work.

* Engage and convert warm leads by matching customers with the right health insurance solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle confidently and compliantly over the phone
* Deliver clear, accurate information that builds trust and drives results
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Collaborate with a supportive team, staying across the latest industry insights, products, and sales best practices

About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine aptitude for sales and meeting sales goals
* Familiarity with health insurance terms and product offerings desirable
* The ability to work both independently and within a team
* Confidence using technology, including Zoho CRM (experience desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Prior experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred)
* Full working rights in Australia
