Estimator - Production
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estimator to join our production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately ordering materials for full residential builds, including post-contract and building variations. They will also review plans, documentation, and variations to ensure precise material orders.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries;
* Evaluate discrepancies; contribute towards resolving issues that may arise during the project delivery process;

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating or construction management;
