Responsibilities
1. Guide the service desk team and delegate tasks.
2. Contribute to the development of the organization's IT strategy.
3. Evaluate and improve the performance of IT contractors.
4. Administer, maintain, and develop servers for optimal performance and high availability.
5. Maintain the quality of desktop support for end users.
6. Configure and verify backups and business continuity solutions.
7. Design networks and servers to meet current and future needs.
8. Procure and receive technology goods.
9. Manage mobile devices and maintain asset registers.
10. Collaborate with internal departments on solution implementations.
11. Manage phone system hardware and configurations.
Requirements
* An IT degree or relevant experience.
* Networking and switch configuration skills.
* Knowledge of VMware vSphere and backups.
* Software license management skills.
* Experience with SSO integration and identity providers.
* O365 administration experience.
* Working knowledge of firewall and router technologies.
