We are a local family-owned cleaning business looking for an administration officer to help with the growing day to day running of the business including sales and scheduling and accounts.
Do you have experience with Service M8 or XERO? - Highly desired
- Administrative Responsibilities: Business, administration, and clerical support Interpersonal communication and teamwork
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and moderate Accounts tasks. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking jobs and preventing conflicts.
- Always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly
To be successful in this role, you will have:
