With expansion to their business, there is an opportunity for a Senior Procurement Officer to join the Sydney team.
About the role:
The position is for a highly skilled Senior Procurement professional with expertise in a Marketing Environment.
The role is assessing Marketing and General Overhead expense requests and allocating to a Vendor for quote and execution.
Managing procurement requests to ensure they are delivering to budget, highest quality and within project timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key functions will include and not limited to:
- Able to own and manage the RF(x) process
- Carry out the commercial evaluation, risk analysis and lead negotiation with vendors
- Able to manage Process, Project and Risk management
- Understand the contract obligations and work with the Internal Stakeholders to highlight the key milestones and obligations to the organisation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to carry out the strategies for approaching market
- Draft Term Sheets and Special Conditions and review internally with related departments
- Design & Implement financial templates which will measure charge rates, deliverables and outcomes [Key Vendor KPI]
- Own to manage internal systems up to date
- Coordinate with the Contracts Team to ensure the deliverables are achieved
About You:
- At least 3 ~ 5 years of experience in a similar based role
- Familiarity with Marketing Cost and billable hours is preferred
- Excel
- SAP
