The Role
We are looking for a Hoisting Electrical Supervisor to join the Mining Fixed Plant Maintenance and Operations Team at George Fisher Mine. You will supervise and administer the Hoisting Electrical Maintenance team, including contractors, to deliver productive, value‐added outcomes while maintaining a safe and equal‐opportunity workplace.
Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of Electrical Fixed Assets experience; hoisting experience is highly advantageous, along with knowledge of risk management, safety systems and electrical installation legislation. Experience supervising and developing large work teams is preferred.

Qualifications & Skills
* Trade Qualification – Electrician
* Previous Supervisor experience
* Hoisting and Materials Handling experience (highly advantageous)
* Licensed electrician
* 5+ years mining experience
* Leadership skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
