What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Become the trusted face of BOC for your customers by building strong, long‐term relationships based on knowledge, reliability, and service
* Grow your territory by generating and converting leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and securing new business on strong commercial terms
* Drive profitability through smart price and contract management, increasing zone density, and identifying product opportunities
* Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and contributing to local and regional success
* Champion safety for yourself, your customers, and your colleagues by living our strong safety culture every day
* Keep learning and developing, building your technical expertise in welding, cutting, and gas applications
* Travel across Gladstone, Rockhampton, and surrounding areas, taking ownership of your territory and customer relationships
What Makes You Great
* Experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the industrial or welding sector
* Technical understanding or interest in industrial gases, welding, or related products highly regarded
* Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills with a customer‐first mindset
* Sharp commercial awareness and a focus on delivering profitable growth
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to influence and challenge thinking
* Proactive, results‐driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems – Salesforce experience a plus
