In this role, you will be responsible for managing your roster & wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering. You will also be expected to lead, coach, develop & influence others to drive commercial outcomes.
We are seeking an individual with proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service & styling skills, as well as a strong understanding of KPI's and their impact on the business.
The successful candidate will be able to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business, drive a positive culture and one-team environment, and possess excellent operations and stock management skills.
