About the role
Partner with the Tax Director to deliver sophisticated compliance and advisory services across multi-entity family groups. Manage your own client portfolio and build your team with full training support.

The Role
Working closely with the Tax Director, you'll deliver sophisticated compliance and advisory work across multi-entity family groups.
Key responsibilities include:
* ATO Top 500 Private Group reviews and responses
* Division 7A compliance and restructuring
* Trust distribution planning (including FTDT and UPEs)
* Reviewing complex group structures (10–30 entities)
* Preparing technical memos and advice papers
* Supporting client meetings and liaising with external advisors
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience
* Big 4 or specialist mid-tier tax backgrounds are highly regarded.
* Strong technical grounding in Division 7A, trust law, and corporate tax
* Experience with ATO compliance frameworks (Top 500 highly regarded)
* Able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
* Clear written communication skills for complex technical matters
* Clear Career pathway to Tax Manager
