Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery, including back hoe, excavator, skid steer, and roller.
* Licenses relevant to heavy vehicle operations.
* Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to comprehend worksite documentation, such as work method statements and quantity calculations.
* Effective communication skills that foster positive relationships with the community and stakeholders.
