The Role
* Lead day-to-day site operations across education and civil builds
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities
* Drive program, safety, and quality outcomes
* Work closely with Project Managers and site teams
* Mentor and support junior engineers and coordinators
* Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused site culture
About You
* Experience delivering education, justice, or civil infrastructure projects
* Background as a Site Manager or Foreman ready to step up
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front
* Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
