THE ROLE: This unique opportunity role involves being a Manager within the Audience Engagement function for the NOVA Network. In this role you will primarily work on Network tactics, campaigns and partnerships designed to engage new and existing audiences, often working on multiple projects at once. You will create and deliver effective promotional solutions for our brands, clients and partners across the NOVA platforms. Your skills enable the implementation of commercial and station lead campaigns for Nova and across Event Partnerships to generate revenue and marketing value for our brands. Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism, work ethic and importantly, diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you. Oh and you take what you do seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously, after all this is radio and it’s fun right! Skills Required Previous relevant promotions or event management experience (ideally within the marketing and/or media industry) A solid understanding of people management and the ability to manage a budget. Proven ability to multitask, build stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively. Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible approach. To be successful in this role: You are currently in a similar role organising Managing a team who coordinate events and promotions, possibly within another media organisation or an organisation that has lots of events (big and small). Our activations, outside broadcasts and associate promotional activities are epic! This role represents an opportunity for you to take the next step in your career within the media industry.
