THE ROLE: This unique opportunity role involves being a Manager within the Audience Engagement function for the NOVA Network. In this role you will primarily work on Network tactics, campaigns and partnerships designed to engage new and existing audiences, often working on multiple projects at once. You will create and deliver effective promotional solutions for our brands, clients and partners across the NOVA platforms. Skills Required Previous relevant promotions or event management experience (ideally within the marketing and/or media industry) A solid understanding of people management and the ability to manage a budget. Proven ability to multitask, build stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively. Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible approach. To be successful in this role: You are currently in a similar role organising Managing a team who coordinate events and promotions, possibly within another media organisation or an organisation that has lots of events (big and small).
