About the role
7-Eleven Rasmussen is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Overnight Team Members to join our store. This role is specifically for overnight shifts, and only candidates with full overnight availability will be considered.
What you will be doing
* Deliver great customer service with a smile
* Keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the night
* Maintain a safe and positive environment for customers and team members
* Grow your skills in a supportive, team-first setting
Safety is important to us. Our Rasmussen store is equipped with various safety features including protective glass, duress alarms, safety wires, CCTV coverage and more.
Who we're looking for
* A fun, friendly attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
* Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus — but not essential
* Confidence to work independently during overnight hours
* A positive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Overnight availability is essential
