Support That Starts on Day One
* Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision
* Fortnightly peer supervision groups
* Shadowing experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks
* Structured caseload ramp-up:
* Weeks 1-2: shadowing only
* Months 1-2: build 2-3 clients per week
* Month 3: independent caseload with Senior review and support
* Month 6: full caseload, still supported

About You
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver's licence
