We're seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead major Data Centre projects across the ANZ region. Join a team committed to shaping a more connected, sustainable world.

What You'll Do:
* Lead multi-disciplinary design teams across major $100m+ projects.
* Manage design inputs and ensure quality assurance aligned with global standards.
* Mentor and coach junior staff while driving technical excellence.
* Actively contribute to business development and client engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-geography teams to maximise global delivery.
* Provide insights into project progress, risk, HSE, and operational delivery.
About You:
* 10+ years in major infrastructure design and delivery.
* Recognised tertiary qualifications and professional accreditation (CPEng or equivalent).
* Proven leadership in design management, technical delivery, and QA.
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability.
* Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and digital design practices.
