Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality, patient‐centred primary care through face‐to‐face consultations and telephone assessments.
* Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment and follow‐up where required.
* Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team—nurses, ANPs, pharmacists, and paramedics—to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS Web as an important part of your daily work.
* Contribute to practice clinical discussions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high clinical standards in line with current guidelines.
* Develop specialist interests and contribute to specialist clinics, depending on your individual skills and interests.
