Drive excellence in repair operations and team success
The Technician Team Leader is responsible for strengthening Hilti's customer relationships and to improving our market position by delivering outstanding repair and After Market Services that exceed customer needs and outperforms our competitors in quality, service level and value. This position is also the Australian Expert Technician responsible for all maintenance and repairs of Hilti's semi-autonomous drilling robot, the Jaibot.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
* Managing and coaching experience with a team of 6+ members
* Experience in repairing complex power tools
* Proven track record of achieving targets, KPI's & tight deadlines
* Exemplary time management skills
* Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving a safe work culture
* Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
* Ability to collaborate and have strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across functions and levels
* Demonstrated experience in managing dynamic operations and process changes
* Exposure to LEAN process systems would be advantageous
* Can effectively explain and communicate targets to team members, translate KPI's and link back to business
