What You’ll Be Doing
Open and close the store during rostered shifts (store open 9 AM – 1 AM).
Provide friendly, non-judgmental customer service.
Help customers find the right products for their needs.
Keep the store clean, inviting, and well-presented.
Process transactions quickly and accurately.
Assist with stocktaking, pricing, and visual merchandising.
Organise and track stock levels using our systems.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has proven customer service and sales experience.
Is positive, approachable, and open-minded.
Can communicate with confidence and empathy.
Is discreet and trustworthy.
Has basic Microsoft program skills.
