The role
Key responsibilities
5. Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support for a Partner and team of practitioners within our MPC Practice
6. Manage general accounts, monthly billing, client reporting, and expenses with a keen eye for detail
7. File management and handling including opening and closing files and matters
8. Undertaking conflict searches on firm data base, preparing conflict emails
9. Reviewing third party invoices and preparing client Work Orders
10. Work as part of a cohesive team of Practice Administrators supporting the wider MPC team and be willing to step in and assist other MPC team members during busy periods
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with;
11. Proven and distinguished experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role
12. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
13. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations
14. A flexible and proactive approach with a demonstrable drive to contribute to the business's profound success
15. The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues and clients
16. Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
17. Proficiency in billing processes, with previous experience using Aderant Expert software desirable
