We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver customer-focused IT support across our AU/NZ/UK business units.
What you'll do
* Provide end user IT support (in-person and remote) across all business unit locations.
* Develop and continuously improve service management processes.
* Maintain accurate information of IT assets, systems, and services.
* Create and maintain support documentation and self-help resources.
* Manage hardware and software lifecycle (purchase, setup, replacement, disposal).
* Manage, monitor and optimise software licenses.
* Troubleshoot basic infrastructure issues (network, servers) and escalare when required.
* Support collaboration technologies, including meeting room A/V, V/C, and events.
* Assist with incident response and business-critical issues.
* Work collaboratively with IT team members and service providers.
* Contribute to IT budget planning and cost management.
* Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and support audits.
Experience and Qualification
* Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner.
* Minimum of 7+ years' experience in IT, including 5+ years supporting modern end-user environments (Windows 11, macOS, Active Directory, Entra, M365, MDM).
* Experience in a compliance-heavy industry is desirable.
* ITIL 4 certification is desirable.
