Join us if you want autonomy, meaningful impact, and broad experience building AI automation for a growing industry.
Matthew25 AI is an early-stage AI automation agency founded in 2025, serving small Australian aged care providers who deliver exceptional care but are burdened by outdated, paper-based administrative systems. Australia's aged care market is projected to grow from $32.2 billion in 2024 to $61.0 billion by 2033, driven by rapid demographic change—by 2026, over 22% of Australians will be aged 65+. Demand is outstripping supply, with home care packages growing 6.6% annually and occupancy in residential care rebounding to 88%. Many facilities remain stuck in inefficient, manual workflows that drain staff time and divert focus from delivering care.
We help small providers become good stewards of their resources and the people they serve—inspired by the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25), from which our company takes its name. Our solutions turn complex compliance, documentation, and operational challenges into efficient, AI-powered systems that preserve the human touch while reducing administrative burden.
What we're building
- Current client work : Care documentation automation, interview co-pilot support for onboarding, progress note categorisation, and AI-assisted policies and procedures management.
- Pipeline : Voice AI for inbound website inquiries with speed‑to‑lead solutions, and support for providers navigating large applications to become registered aged care operators.
Who's leading this
Jordy Fung, founder, comes from a family‑run residential and home care provider background, spent four years in asset management consulting, one year at an AI startup, and launched Matthew25 AI in early 2025 to bring tailored AI automation to the aged care sector.
