About the role
As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Australian Agricultural Minerals, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's sales and marketing efforts. This full-time position is based in Toowoomba, QLD and will involve coordinating marketing activities, assisting the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day business tasks
• Managing & developing social media marketing campaigns for the business and product lines
• Copywriting & designing company brochures, websites, and marketing materials
• Developing & updating AAM customer databases for strategic communications
• Managing some phone orders, sales, and dispatch to rural retail stores
• Liaising with suppliers on dispatch and delivery of external products
• Supporting in other areas of the business as needed
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing coordinator role, preferably within the agricultural or mining industry
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
* Proficient in using marketing and sales tools, basic graphic design, social media platforms, websites and Microsoft Office suite
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
* Knowledge of the agricultural or mining industry and an understanding of marketing principles and best practices
