Job Description:
The Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Pharmacy Lead role is responsible for managing the statewide Voluntary Assisted Dying Pharmacy Service (VAD-PS). The successful candidate will oversee the service and client care provided, ensuring compassionate, high-quality safe services are delivered. Additionally, they will be accountable for managing human, financial, and material resources for VAD-PS.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
• Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA with no conditions or restrictions on practice.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a pharmacy service, including human, financial, and material resource management, compliance with legislative and policy requirements, performance monitoring, and quality improvement.
• Superior leadership and oral and written communication skills.
