Job Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences in a customer-facing environment.
* Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities.
* Maintaining centre presentation, cleanliness, and achieving budgeted KPI goals to meet our high standards.
* Ensuring a safe and secure centre by following workplace health and safety procedures.
* Managing general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
