About the Role
This dual-function role supports the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) systems. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HSW activities, managing system administration, and supporting reporting and compliance processes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Administer and coordinate HSW systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Smartsheet)
* Support RTWSA documentation and self-insurance requirements
* Maintain legal and risk registers, contractor and chemical registers
* Coordinate audits, inspections, and training schedules
* Assist with HSW learning modules and wellbeing initiatives
* Provide admin support for HSW meetings and governance activities
* Process HSW-related invoices and manage accurate data entry
* Support social compliance activities including SMETA administration
What You'll Bring
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
