About the role Provide physiotherapy services to adult rehabilitation patients, delivering intensive therapy to improve function and supporting safe, appropriate discharge planning aligned with each patient's needs.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical services within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
Exercise independent professional clinical judgement in providing physiotherapy clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques, or methods require expansion, adaptation, or modification, without the need for direct regular clinical practice supervision.
Apply clinical evidence to practice to support continuous improvement of quality service delivery Independently manage one's own professional development requirements.
Provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors and relevant service managers regarding service delivery, equipment, technology and the prioritisation and development of physiotherapy clinical services Actively contribute to service and caseload management and planning within the team.
