Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management group, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on repair work in-house and managing outsourcing of tradespeople.

About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with contractors and trades to deliver facilities maintenance and repairs
* Manage repair and maintenance on Council assets
* Deliver hands-on repair work in-house
You will be required to seek quotes, negotiate work schedules, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
