We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception/Office Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in property management and administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our Property Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage general reception duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication at all levels
* Assist with social media management and marketing
* Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks
* Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times
* Filing and scanning documents
* Updating rental availability
* Assisting with enquiry calls for available properties and booking viewings
* Adhoc office tasks as required

Requirements:

* Corporate and tidy presentation
* High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
* Team player who wants to add value to the department and have a laugh at the time
