Job Title - Technical Support Specialist

To excel in this position, you will require 5+ years of field service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. A strong background in electronics, coupled with advanced electro-mechanical skills, solid IT literacy, and ability to work with various digital tools, is essential.
You can expect to spend approximately 80% of your time on the road, supporting customers across Perth, remote mine sites, and interstate locations. Occasional overseas travel may also be required.
Flexibility is crucial, as occasional on-call and weekend work may apply. However, this role offers a chance to work in diverse environments, solve unique challenges, and make a real impact where it matters most.
You will join a national team of engineers responsible for servicing and supporting XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments across Australia.
