The Work Management Team is responsible for administering and delivering work management solutions. As a Work Management Officer, you will provide support in achieving this goal.
You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily workflows and task distribution, analyzing broader factors that may affect work delivery and team objectives, and using information systems and software tools to manage and interpret data.
You will also demonstrate experience in frontline operations, workforce planning, or related areas, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
