Part-Time Online Fulfilment Officer
to support the dispatch of online customer orders across their retail and department store channels.
Based in a large warehouse facility, this role offers 3 days per week, with flexibility for additional hours during peak periods and potential to flex to 4 days over time.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders with care and accuracy
Prepare garments for shipping – folding, tissue paper, packaging and labelling
Coordinate parcel collection with Australia Post and courier services
Work from the dedicated e-commerce area within the warehouse (separate from the dispatch floor)
Assist with stock during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday)
Support training and handover with the current team members
What We're Looking For
Experience in online fulfilment, warehouse or picking & packing roles
High attention to detail – ensuring garments are packed correctly and presented well
Good computer skills for processing orders and dispatch labels
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (not always air-conditioned)
Fashion/apparel experience highly regarded
Collaborative and reliable working style
