The Assistant Director of Nursing (After-hours) will be a valued member of the Access and Flow team to provide leadership and management that promotes, develops and supports clinical and professional practice, patient flow and access and emergency management in the after-hours periods.

* Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
* Previous clinical leadership in the acute setting is desirable
* Minimum 5 years nursing experience
