The role focuses on helping people feel safe and supported. It will involve welcoming new customers, following up on emergency calls to ensure customer safety and satisfaction, and managing the return of units. The role will be based in either our new, purpose-built Logan facility in mid-2026 or the Rydalmere office located on South Street.
Responsibilities
* Welcome new customers
* Follow up on emergency calls to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
* Manage the return of units
* Raise invoice tasks if applicable
* Perform other customer-focused tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of strong call center experience
* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Experience dealing with the elderly and vulnerable (preferred)
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
* Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent active listening skills
* Ability to follow procedures and escalation protocols
* Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
