We are heading into our busiest season - spring / the lead up to Christmas. In anticipation for this we are looking for more contracted crew members to join the team.
You don't need to have a specific trade but you will need to have experience as a handyperson, cleaner, or painter.
You don't need to be skilled at all aspects of what we do from start to finish with a job. In fact, you would be a valuable asset if you loved and perfected a specific aspect of the job process and did it excellently. Having said that, all rounders are also very valued as you can be scheduled for many stages of the job.
How it works:
We book jobs in for the week, we allocate aspects of the jobs to our crew members depending on their skill set and availability, and crew members complete their tasks. To make it very transparent to everyone involved, we use a job management software system that crew members can access via an app on their phone, and see the job details and the tasks they have been assigned.
