The School
Halls Creek District High School (DHS) is seeking a Primary Arts Teacher who is dedicated to improving individual student outcomes by employing a wide range of pedagogical strategies and differentiating the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
Located in the Central Kimberley Region between Broome and Kununurra, most students come from the town of Halls Creek and the communities of Mardiwaah Loop and Nicholson Block.
A few students commute from families located up to 40 km away, including Koongie Park Station (20 km) and Lamboo Station (40 km).

Eligibility
Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of appointment.

Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
