Weekes Property Co. is a boutique agency and has been operating with great success in the Bundaberg Region since 2019. As media & marketing facilitators our approach to real estate is very unique, backed up by systems designed to support our staff within their roles.

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and pride ourselves on creating value for both tenants and landlords. As we evolve and expand, our team is growing to ensure we continue delivering exceptional service.


The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a high‑performing individual with a positive attitude, who strives to be the best at what they do. We are committed to providing our owners exceptional property management services, as such you must be reliable and dependable. This opportunity as an Asset Manager Assistant will be supporting our extremely busy Asset Manager.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Applicant screening and tenant onboarding
* Handle incoming and outgoing tenants with professionalism and efficiency
* Manage maintenance requests and seeing them through to resolution
* Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
* Develop strong, proactive relationships with property owners and tenants
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies


What we're looking for

* Previous experience in property management preferred but not necessary
* Excellent communication and facilitation in problem‑solving skills
* Strong organisational abilities, time management and attention to detail
* Knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation
* Proficiency with property management software
* A current Real Estate Certificate or be willing to complete asap
* A valid QLD Driver's license
