The Harvey Norman Fortitude Valley Small Appliances Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Small Appliances Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Small Appliances Manager you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to a customer service focused Small Appliances team.
- Understand retail management principles and apply them to improve store outcomes.
- Support life at home solutions to help customers find the best outcomes.
What we require
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- A high level of Small Appliances product knowledge to support customer queries
- Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
- Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and engaging an enthusiastic team
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
