Brief Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Carpenter to join our Asset Services team based at the Royal Australian Air Force Base, Amberley and also servicing the wider region. As a Carpenter for CV Asset Services, you will be responsible for:
1. Undertaking all aspects of the Carpentry trade, including reactive and planned maintenance
2. Performing general carpentry duties and basic plastering, concreting works, tiling and other general handyman duties
3. Carrying out general maintenance checks and repairs as requested by clients
4. Providing timely, effective and professional customer service in accordance with the company standards
5. Responding to and actioning jobs provided to you
About You
Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be!
* To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen and to be able to obtain a government security clearance
* Trade Certificate in Carpentry
* Current C class Drivers Licence
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated experience in maintenance services
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proven computer literacy, tablet and smart phone
* Have a strong and committed awareness to safety behaviours and culture
* Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
