About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, manage stock and supplies, lead and train teams, ensure service speed and quality, maintain food safety and compliance, and collaborate with FOH for seamless service.
Your Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily back-of-house (BOH) operations from handmade dumplings to 24-hour broths.
2. Create, test, and roll out new dishes that exceed expectations while maintaining classic standards.
3. Effectively manage stock, suppliers, and food costs.
4. Lead, train, and inspire your team to maintain high morale under pressure.
5. Prioritize service speed and consistency, ensuring efficient ticket times.
6. Maintain spotless kitchens and uphold food safety and compliance standards.
7. Collaborate with FOH for cohesive and exceptional dining experiences.
