About Us
At Albury Occasional Care and Early Learning Centre, we provide a warm and inclusive setting with strong professional support. We value reflective practice, play-based learning, and building strong relationships, delivering programs that balance intentional teaching with child-led exploration. Our team is passionate about creating environments where children thrive through hands‐on experiences, both indoors and outdoors. We aim to "bring back the wildhood" in childhood, engaging with the natural bush environments nearby.
We are looking for someone who
* Holds a current Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Has sound practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and can implement them effectively.
* Demonstrates excellent professional communication, reading, and writing skills.
* Holds a current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
* Holds a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Has completed the Foundations of Child Safety Training.
* Can work collaboratively within a team, following the centre's values, policies, and procedures.
Your role will involve
* Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Supporting children's learning through play-based, child‐led exploration and intentional teaching.
* Making a positive difference in the lives of young children every day.
* Copies of your Certificate III, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Certificate of Completion of Foundations of Child Safety Training.
* Contact details of two current referees.
