We are currently on the search for a External Claims Adjuster to join our client's team in Regional, NSW! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages.

Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop & on-site inspections to determine the cause and extent of damages
- Liaise and organise relevant trades and specialists
- Be responsible for the management of claims from start to finish
- Provide clear advice and updates to clients and customers throughout the claim process
- Accurately document decisions, including scope of work, claim reserves, and approvals or rejections
Requirements
- We welcome Candidates from the following; Trades, Claims consultant, Ex Police, Property managers and any Property insurance background.
- Loss Adjusting/ Trade qualifications or certifications are highly regarded but no essential.
- Current valid driver's license
- Strong skills in reporting writing and documentation
