Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and update detailed technical drawings using CAD software
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications
* Review and refine designs to align with project requirements and standards
* Maintain accurate records of revisions and drawing files
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
* Assist in solving design-related challenges during the project lifecycle
* Support the team with drafting expertise during project planning and execution
* Provide input into design improvements and innovation opportunities
Requirements
* 10+ Years experience in Drafting roles
* MUST have MicroStation experience
* Proficiency in CAD software and drafting tools
* Experience in engineering and manufacturing project support
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members
* Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges effectively
