Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance - embarc

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Employment and Enterprises, the Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance oversees all contract and compliance related activity for embarc.This senior leadership role calls for someone with exceptional analytical skills and extensive experience in translating industry standards and legislative requirements into realistic and achievable business processes and procedures.More broadly, your business acumen and strategic outlook sees you support the financial viability, growth and continued success of embarc.
The role also encompasses a broad range of operational outcomes, including:
* Preparing and analysing data that can inform strategic decisions and opportunities for growth.
* Managing all service delivery requirements regarding outcome performance for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).
* Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with state and federal governments.
* Ensuring all communication and documentation with state and national bodies is completed accurately and on time.
* Actively leading all processes associated with internal and external audits of IEA and Disability/social enterprises, ensuring sector leading compliance.
* Developing and implementing a governance framework enabling consistent service delivery within IEA frameworks.
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities and experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams to achieve excellence in performance.
* Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in the management and delivery of Disability Employment or Enterprise Services, including the embedding of change management and quality improvement outcomes.
* Highly developed analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to research, analyse and interpret information and communicate effectively across a diverse range of audiences (including presentations, articles, reports and resources).
* Proven ability to develop positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate with confidence to support organisational goals and outcomes.
