* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale engineering projects, broad technical knowledge, and specialist skills in CAD and information management tools.
* A HNC/HND qualification in a related discipline or equivalent vocational training is essential.
The successful candidate will also possess:
* Experience in technical roles, preferably in shipbuilding or auxiliary systems.
* Broad specialist technical knowledge with the ability to champion continuous improvement and best practices.
