Illuminate Adelaide 2025 is looking for expressions of interest for the upcoming winter event.
An exciting opportunity to join a diverse program that celebrates art, music, light and technology.
Event Dates: 23 JUNE – 31 JULY 2025All projects have different build and delivery times.
Production:Managing and supporting the installation of the visual art pieces.
Experience with lighting, sound, generator power and outdoor events preferred.
Technical installation and operations knowledge a plus.
Site Crew and Production Support: General site support work for multiple sites.
Site crew are often on a roster that splits their time across all city sites.
They will report to the Operations Manager or Production Manager.
Logistics: Vehicle movement and container planning and packing.
Moving tools and equipment between build sites.
Managing the storage facility, tracking and maintaining festival vehicles.
MR or HR desirable.

Winter nights are for Illuminate Adelaide.Held annually on Kaurna Country, Adelaide's brightest celebration of art, light, music, and technology brings late nights, bright lights, and big adventures.Throughout July the best and boldest luminaries from across the globe set loose across the city to create an invitation to experience something new.
