We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our urban, land and subdivision projects in Perth. As a key member of our Community Development team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Your primary focus will be on project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with various disciplines. You will also provide technical expertise to clients, support project development, and contribute to the growth of our knowledge and skills in civil engineering.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of current civil engineering technologies, and experience working in urban, land and subdivision projects. You should have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of design, modeling, and construction techniques.
Apart from your technical expertise, you will need to possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality results and maintain existing relationships with key clients.
