We're on the hunt for our next superstar apprentice—someone excited to roll up their sleeves, learn from the best, and create incredible cakes, pastries, and breads from scratch.What's the GigOur full-time Baking Apprenticeship is a hands-on, 3-year program that blends real-world bakery experience with training at TAFE (yep—we cover the fees!).
You'll be working 5 days a week, including one TAFE day, on a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays.
No super-early starts or shifts that finish later than 11:30pm.By the end, you'll have a nationally recognized Certificate III in Baking (FBP30517)—plus the skills, confidence, and creds to take on the baking world.You'll Actually Bake: From day 1 you'll be in the thick of it, shaping dough, decorating cakes, and mastering bakery magic.Learn From Legends: Our team includes award-winning bakers who love mentoring young talent.
