Job description
* Lead the development of partners and clients, and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
* Take on sales tasks and be accountable for achieving sales and marketing targets (orders, market share, profitability).
* Establish, manage, and enhance the company's sales business in designated areas, including formulating future strategic sales directions.
* Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners - distributors / project integrators and clients.
* Identify market opportunities both inside and outside traditional customer groups and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
* Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer seminars to promote our brand locally.
* Provide excellent customer support.

Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in science or engineering, with a preference for power electronics.
* German : Professional working proficiency
* Experience in the fields of photovoltaics, inverters, energy storage, lithium batteries, power trading, etc.
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with sales experience in solar inverters and battery energy storage.
* Excellent communication skills, good technical knowledge, and dynamic sales methods.
* Understanding of the basic principles of solar energy and energy storage, familiarity with system single-line diagrams, and knowledge of energy storage system architecture, capable of communicating with customers about basic technical solutions.
